The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling 5th Avenue, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool is a highlight, perfect for swimming laps and offering a great view of the city. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities in the bathroom. The service is attentive, especially from the friendly waiter named Horacio at the hotel restaurant.
Some staff members have limited English language skills, which can make communication difficult at times.

This hotel provided us with an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the stunning outdoor swimming pool and the state, of, the, art spa centre exceeded our expectations. Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing. The staff, especially Paola, were friendly and attentive. We received a welcome drink and fresh towels upon arrival, and the check-in process was fast and easy. We were able to access our room even though we arrived early at 12:00 PM. The room itself was incredible and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and just a short walk away from the bustling 5th Avenue. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service during breakfast, making our experience even more enjoyable.
